SOW: The Netsmart MIS / Ecet / KoFax system, like other EHRs, contains thousands if not millions of client document snapshots that need to be accessible for a number of years. The challenge is maintaining access to those files as the product nears its end of life. Working with PMHS, Fivebase has designed a back end processes for extracting both the documents and document meta data into a searchable archive. The archive is accessible via the Fivebase provided web application using any browser.
