Two Kansas Agencies Select our ClaimTrak TM Chart Archive Solution

Hampton, NJ - Kanza as well as the Elizabeth Layton Center have chosen Fivebase's ClaimTrak TM Chart Archive solution to mainatin access to their Legacy ClaimTrak (Remarkable Health) EHR chart data.

Vendor solutions for providing on going access to legacy EHR data vary but the typical scenario is they provide their former clients with a "dump" of the client's data with no turnkey or easy means of extracting it. And while data conversions can work well to "seed" the new EHR system, there are often large practical gaps in what gets converted. In the end, they still need access to the legacy charts for audit, reviews, subpoenas, etc. That leaves Kanza and the Elizabeth Layton Center with two options: Continue to subscribe to the legacy system or find a solution that will allow continued access to pull chart data by every day users.

In the end, they chose the Fivebase ClaimTrak TM Chart Archive aplication due to the simplicity and one time costs this option offers. In a matter of a few weeks, Fivebase installed our browser based, self-hosted, chart archive application that allows users to easily pull patient charts and individually, or in batch, print chart items including notes, assessments, treatment plans and uploaded or otherwise attached documents.

Fivebase can offer legacy data extraction solutions for other vendor products should you find your agency in a similar scenario. For more information on our development services, please contact Mike Petrie at mpetrie@fivebase.com or via phone at 973-615-4007.
