Headquartered in Hunterdon County NJ (near Clinton and Flemington NJ), Fivebase is a web design and technology firm focused on providing quality consulting and open source, web based solutions. Our solutions include comprehensive web and portal design, XML / integration / web services design, custom web applications, and database reporting solutions. Additionally, Fivebase offers ROI, project management, EDI, needs analysis and software procurement consulting services.

Fivebase is looking for individuals in the following areas to provide contract assistance on projects as needed:

  • Angular
  • PHP / MySQL Programming
  • VB / VB.net / C-Sharp Programming
  • Crystal Reports

Full-Time PHP / MySQL Web Application Developer:

The PHP / MySQL Web Application Developer is responsible for designing, coding and modifying dynamic database driven web scripts and web pages, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications, that are user-friendly and easy to navigate. The Backend Web Developer is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and support of existing scripts and pages per client requests. Qualifications include:

  • Professional training or coursework in PHP web design and scripting, or relevant and demonstrable experience in coding PHP scripts.
  • Coding Experience / Language Proficiency:
    • Procedural and Object Oriented PHP >= V 8
    • PHP SOAP, REST, JSON, XML and CURL
    • Javascript
    • JQuery
    • JSON
    • HTML5
    • CSS, CSS3
    • MySQL

Working Conditions:

Work is expected to be performed at our main Fivebase office (78 Route 173 West, Suite2, Hampton, NJ 08827 Hunterdon County) or at a customer's site. Our location is approximately 12 miles East from our neighboring Bucks County or the Lehigh Valley. This role can work remotely with prior supervisory permission. Travel to client sites is anticipated to consume 5% of the work week as defined as Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Compensation:

Salaried: negotiable based on a number of factors.
