Fivebase has recently implemented our myAvatar Chart Viewer for Okanagon. When Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare decided to switch EHR vendors, they needed a means by which to pull chart data from their prior vendor system. Working with a SQL Server back and document archive backup, Fivebase configured our chart viewer to seamlessly allow the agency to continue to respond to chart requests even after their prior vendor took the system offline. The Fivebase array of legacy chart viewers can be expanded, as needed, to other EHR’s so please reach out to us for your needs.
